In September 2018, the first stage started, where Bilia's new facility with a state-of-the-art showroom, service workshops and offices was created. In February 2021, the new facility is ready and Bilia moves into the new premises. In 2022, the approximately 430 apartments on top of Bilia are planned to be ready.
On Tuesday 5/3, the first casting of what will become Europe's most modern full-service facility starts and Bilia's Vice President Stefan Nordström and Klaus Hansen Vikström vice president of Fabege will, together with colleagues and other stakeholders, cast down a canister containing timetable, pictures and drawings. from the project. The canister will thus be preserved for the future.
